Fill your small chest freezer (6-9cu/ft) with USDA Certified Texas Beef! Our Quarters include all cuts such as steaks, roast, ground beef, fajita meat, and a split brisket. This is the perfect option for a family of three!
Here is a very accurate list of contents from a Quarter Beef:
1-arm Roast (3lbs each)
1- Rump Roast/pikes peak (3lbs each)
3-Chuck Roast (3lbs each)
6-7 Ribeye Steaks, Bone in (1" thick, 2 per package) 6-7 T-bone Steaks (1" thick, 2 per package)

How it Works:
- You put down the deposit.
- We schedule the harvest date for the steer.
- Carcass is dry aged 14-18 days and then packaged.
- We will reach back out for the remainder of the payment $10.00/lb minus deposit $250.00 deposit. (roughly $900 -$1100)

This involves ensuring the beef is delivered promptly and remains frozen throughout transit.
- Efficient Utilization of Resources:In the event that a depositor decides not to proceed with a quarter or half purchase, we must initiate an entirely new process to redirect and make the best use of the beef. Our commitment to responsible resource utilization means we strive to prevent any wastage of our cattle.
We hold our cattle in high regard and are dedicated to ensuring that every part of the animal is utilized efficiently. As such, we appreciate your understanding of our non-refundable deposit policy.

How is the meat packaged?
Your meat will arrive hard frozen. Each cut will be individually packaged. Processing uses a BPA free shrink wrap. The processor puts all of your frozen cuts into boxes with your name on them that are easy to handle.
How many pounds of meat can we expect?
Quarter Beef Share is approximately 80-110 LBS.
Half Beef Share is approximately 200 -220 LBS.
How do you ship your beef frozen?
We ship with an insulated box liner and dry ice to keep your beef frozen. We guarantee your order to arrive fully frozen, no matter where you live, or your money back. Even if your order ships in 100-degree weather, it will still arrive solid-frozen.
